During August andSeptember 2008, we were selected to carry out a prestigious refurbishment to the main computer suite at the University's Watts Building. The unit provides an IT facility to the students and was closed for the duration of the works. The project involved the removal of all IT equipment and cabling, the formation of new rooms, recarpeting and redecoration. All cabling was then replaced as the stations were repositioned. The work was completed on time and within budget.
We have recently launched our reactive maintenance service to our customers and we will be dispatching members of our team to resolve day to day problems for building managers. A helpdesk will soon be up and running so that we can handle a higher volume of calls.
Chroma will be five years old in Spring 2009. We would like to thank all of our customers for their support in the past and look forward to being of service in the future. We also hope to expand the business over the coming five years and to introduce our services to additional clents.
