Chroma Building Services

Chroma was founded in 2004 to offer building maintenance services to property owners.

Our main activity is cyclical redecoration, planned maintenance and day to day reactive maintenance.  We have a portfolio of customers which includes property managers; housing associations; local authorities; health authorities and universities. Typically we undertake projects which may comprise of building fabric repairs together with exterior or interior redecoration. We are actively expanding the business and aspire to become a leading brand in South-East England.

Whererever possible we endeavour to engage local labour and we ensure that any sub-contractors are compliant with our ethos of quality and health and safety. We also use environmentally friendly products whenever we are able. This includes paints with low Volatile Organic Compound contents. We are registered with Constructionline, are compliant with CHAS (The Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme) and have been registered on their national database. We are also members of the Federation of Master Builders and can be found on their Find-a-Builder website.
